Outsourced Events Named Finalist at the 2024 Business Culture Awards
Outsourced Events (OE) has achieved a remarkable milestone by being named a finalist at the prestigious Business Culture Awards 2024 for ‘Best Learning Initiative for Business Culture (under 3.5k employees)’. This award nomination is recognition for the Event Executives’ training programme.
In the fast-paced world of event management, where international travel, immovable deadlines and last-minute requests are all part of a day’s work, finding time for learning can feel like an impossibility. But here at OE, we’ve made learning a priority.
In the space of 4-5 years, OE has grown from a tightknit office-based team of twenty-three, to a mix of forty-three remote and hybrid workers. With growth comes challenges. Chief amongst these was how to equip junior staff with the knowledge and skills needed for their roles. Which was why the Event Executives’ training programme was established.
The awards celebrate forward-thinking companies who have demonstrated their dedication to creating exceptional Business Culture. It serves as recognition of OE’s commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace culture and leveraging innovative strategies to enhance employee engagement.
The winners of the Business Culture Awards 2024 will be announced at the awards dinner on Wednesday, 13th November 2024. It is an honour to be recognised alongside other great companies who also set up their employees to succeed.
