Outsourced Events has won Best Large Agency of the Year at the UK Agency Awards 2026, presented at the awards ceremony at the London Hilton Bankside.

The UK Agency Awards celebrate the best agencies across the country and the work they deliver for their clients. Best Large Agency of the Year looks beyond a single event or campaign to the business behind it. The win continues a big year of recognition for the team, as Outsourced Events marks 25 years since it was founded in 2001.

Five shortlistings across four categories

Outsourced Events went into the night with five shortlistings across four categories: Events Agency of the Year, Best Large Agency of the Year, Agency Leader of the Year for CEO and Co-Founder Denise Sharpe, and Best Event, for both the BMFMS Annual Conference 2026 and the BSGE Annual Scientific Meeting 2026.

Winning Best Large Agency of the Year reflects the scale of what the team now delivers: more than 240 events a year for global technology brands, professional associations and not-for-profits, from tradeshows and international partner conferences to medical congresses and executive roundtables.

How the UK Agency Awards are judged

The UK Agency Awards are decided by an independent panel of senior industry experts through a two-stage judging process. Each judge first scores every entry individually, and the highest-scoring entries make the shortlist. The panel then meets to discuss the shortlisted entries and agree a winner for each category.

The programme receives around 250 entries a year and is accredited 'Outstanding' by the Independent Awards Standards Council.

Two of the partnerships behind this year's shortlistings show what that looks like in practice. When the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE) appointed Outsourced Events as its first-ever professional conference organiser, neither side knew the partnership would deliver 106% income growth in just four years. For the British Maternal and Fetal Medicine Society (BMFMS), four years of partnership have brought sustained growth, including a 113% increase in sponsorship at the 2026 conference.
