Outsourced Events celebrates double shortlisting at the ABPCO Awards
Outsourced Events (OE) has been shortlisted for not one but two events at the ABPCO Awards 2026! Both the BSGE Annual Scientific Meeting 2026 and BMFMS Annual Conference 2026 are in the running for the Best Event by an Agency PCO category.
The ABPCO Awards are judged by peers across the association and PCO community, making them one of the clearest industry markers of what excellent association event delivery really looks like, recognising the agencies and teams who represent their client associations at the highest standard, year after year.

In our 25th year it's so rewarding to have been recognised for our work on two flagship events for long-standing association clients:
BSGE Annual Scientific Meeting 2026
The British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE) Annual Scientific Meeting has been listed in the Best Event by an Agency PCO category. Our partnership with BSGE goes back to 2023, when we became the Society's first-ever external professional conference organiser and this year's ASM, held at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in Westminster, built on four consecutive years of growth to deliver the biggest event in the BSGE's 37-year history.
BMFMS Annual Conference 2026
We're also proud to have been shortlisted, in the same category, for our work with the British Maternal & Fetal Medicine Society (BMFMS) at their Annual Conference 2026, held in Leeds. In our fourth year delivering this event, the 2026 conference brought together over 500 delegates across two days of expert-led simulation sessions, abstract presentations and a gala dinner, exceeding our key performance indicators in multiple areas.
