Outsourced Events has been shortlisted for not just one but two Conference and Events Awards 2025, in the 'Best Association Event' and 'Best Event Agency' categories!
The Conference and Events Awards celebrate and champion excellence in the events industry and we are so honoured to be included. This recognition means so much to us and it's a reflection of the dedication and passion team OE brings to every event.
Our shortlist nominations
We are excited to have been nominated for our work on some incredible events in 2024:
1. Best association event
We are also proud to have been shortlisted for the Best Association Event for our work with the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE) at their Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) 2024. Hosted in Belfast, the 2024 ASM exceeded expectations in many areas, including the following:
- Doubling anticipated attendance
- Increasing sponsor and exhibitor participation
- Offering a record number of sessions and workshops
Our collaboration with BSGE helped elevate the event to new heights, solidifying its position as a must-attend gathering in the healthcare industry.
2. Best event agency
We are immensely excited to be a finalist in this category. In 2024 the team managed and organised over 240 events, each tailored to meet the unique needs and visions of our clients. Not to mention all the great key achievements we as a company accomplished across the year, from becoming isla members and starting our blended training program for junior staff to launching Best Companies survey and achieving an accreditation with a 1-Star rating!
Being shortlisted in this category is a testament to the hard work the team and company have put in over the last 12 months and beyond.

The winners will be revealed during the official awards ceremony at Evolution London, Battersea Park, on Friday, 27 June 2025. We look forward to celebrating with all of the talented professionals shortlisted this year!
