As we continue to celebrate our 25th anniversary year, being named a finalist for Best Event Agency (Up to 50 Employees) at the Conference and Events Awards 2026 feels like yet another truly meaningful moment and one that reflects the dedication and passion of everyone at Outsourced Events.

This nomination comes hot on the heels of our win at the CN Agency Awards 2026, where we were so proud to take home Employer of the Year. As well as being shortlisted for two UK Company Culture Awards 2026 - Best Agency to Work For (Medium) and the Leadership Award for our founder and CEO Denise Sharpe. All combining to make 2026 a landmark year for Team OE so far.

What are the Conference and Events Awards?

The Conference and Events Awards is the longest-standing and flagship event of its kind in the UK events industry. Attracting an audience of over 700 conference, awards, charity-events and venue professionals, it is widely regarded as the pinnacle of event industry recognition and an eagerly awaited fixture in the events industry calendar.

25 years of delivering exceptional events

Founded in 2001 by Denise Sharpe and Alexandra Sibley, Outsourced Events was built on a simple belief: put people first and everything else would follow. Nearly 25 years on, that belief still shapes how we work and the events we deliver. Today, we are a team of 45, delivering more than 240 events each year for 54 clients across international markets, primarily for global technology brands.

Our approach to event management has always been rooted in partnership. Our average client relationship spans five years, with some partnerships lasting more than two decades. That continuity is a direct reflection of the trust our clients place in us and the commitment our team brings to every event, every time.

What does this nomination recognise?

Being shortlisted for Best Event Agency is a recognition of the work our  team delivers day in, day out. From complex international conferences to high-impact corporate events, our team manages every detail with precision, creativity and care, ensuring that every event achieves its goals and leaves a lasting impression.

A thank you to our team

A huge thank you to the incredible OE team. This shortlisting belongs to you. Your hard work, creativity and unwavering commitment to excellence are what make Outsourced Events what it is today and what make nominations like this possible.

Looking ahead

Good luck to all the finalists. It is an honour to be recognised alongside so many outstanding agencies and teams who share our commitment to excellence in events. The Conference and Events Awards 2026 ceremony will take place on Friday 26 June at Evolution London, Battersea Park and we could not be more proud to be in the room.
