Outsourced Events achieves accreditation from Best Companies

We’re proud to share that Outsourced Events has officially been recognised as a ‘Very Good Company’ to work for by Best Companies — earning a One Star Accreditation! This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive and empowering workplace for every member of Team OE.
Commitment to employee growth and wellbeing
At Outsourced Events, we prioritise our employees' growth and wellbeing. Our award-winning structured learning programme (Business Culture Awards 2024) includes an in-house event management training programme unique to our sector. This programme equips junior staff with essential knowledge and skills through a combination of in-person group training, individual online learning and on-the-job experience.
Our hybrid workforce model includes fully remote employees, making meaningful connection a priority. We have regular in-person company meet-ups and virtual all-hands check-ins to ensure everyone stays engaged. Managers have peer meetings for support and executives partake in a structured training programme. We also conduct regular surveys and fortnightly one-on-one check-ins to focus on staff wellbeing.
Fostering a collaborative and engaging culture
We foster a culture of collaboration and engagement at Outsourced Events, creating an environment where every team member feels valued and connected. Through open communication and transparency, our leadership ensures organisational clarity, aligning everyone with the company’s goals and direction. Transparency, collaboration and shared purpose are at the heart of our culture. We believe every voice matters and every contribution counts.
Celebrating our achievement
Receiving the One Star Accreditation from Best Companies is a significant milestone for us. It reflects our dedication to creating a positive workplace and delivering exceptional event solutions. This achievement showcases our commitment to employee engagement as well as client satisfaction.
A huge thank you to our incredible team for making OE such a special place to work. This achievement belongs to you.
