A Prestigious Recognition for Outsourced Events
Outsourced Events (OE) has been shortlisted for not one but two awards at the Conference News Agency Awards 2025! We are in the running for both the 'Association Event of the Year' and 'Pharma & Healthcare Event of the Year' awards.
The Conference News Agency Awards are renowned for celebrating the UK's most influential and prolific event agencies, recognising excellence, innovation and outstanding achievements in the events industry over the past 12 months.
Our Shortlist Nominations
We are excited to have been nominated for our work on two incredible events in 2024:
1. Association Event of the Year
The British Maternal & Fetal Medicine Society (BMFMS) Annual Conference earned us a spot in the Association Event of the Year category. This event was a resounding success, exceeding our key performance indicators (KPIs) in multiple areas, including:
- Audience numbers
- Sponsor satisfaction

Our team worked tirelessly to deliver a seamless experience for both attendees and sponsors and the results speak for themselves.
2. Pharma & Healthcare Event of the Year
We are also proud to have been shortlisted for the Pharma & Healthcare Event of the Year for our work with the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE) at their Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) 2024. Hosted in Belfast, the 2024 ASM exceeded expectations in many areas, including the following:
- Doubling anticipated attendance
- Increasing sponsor and exhibitor participation
- Offering a record number of sessions and workshops
Our collaboration with BSGE helped elevate the event to new heights, solidifying its position as a must-attend gathering in the healthcare industry.
