Celebrating our Finance Team
It was a Red Velvet kind of a day in the Outsourced Events office recently as we celebrated our fabulous Finance Team. Our group of qualified, part-qualified, and apprentice accountants marked International Accounting Day by smashing a major milestone: our 10,000th sales invoice issued!
Well done to Abi, Conor, Amandeep, and Jahid!
Under the steady hand of our Chief Financial Officer Mat Bhagrath (not pictured), the OE Finance Team ensures clients' event budgets are continuously updated and reconciled.
With five dedicated event accountants, Outsourced Events is renowned for keeping costs low through negotiation, supply chain partnerships, managing budgets - including multi-currency VAT reconciliation - and maximising revenue streams.
From pre-event to post, our Finance Team makes sure our clients stay within budget. Guided by a comprehensive and realistic financial plan, we get our clients the best ROI by making recommendations that help achieve goals in a manageable and cost-effective way.
