Since 2017, Outsourced Events has worked closely with VIAVI Solutions - a global leader in network and service enablement - to deliver smooth, reliable tradeshow operations across four of Europe’s foremost technology events: Mobile World Congress (MWC), ANGA COM, the European Conference on Optical Communications (ECOC), and Network X. Each show brings its own challenges, from supporting more than 90 team members at MWC to managing smaller, 15-person networking activities at Network X.
Objective
VIAVI Solutions needed a dependable partner capable of managing complex exhibition logistics across several major European technology events. With differing booth sizes, technical demo needs, changing locations & venues and teams ranging from 15 to more than 90 people, VIAVI required an embedded event management partner who could keep their presence consistent and professional. This allowed their teams to focus on customer conversations and business development instead of wrestling with operational details.
