"They are a very responsive and professional group led by Denise Sharpe. They provide all the organisation and administration for our annual conference of approximately 400-500 delegates. They have sourced venues, arranged site visits, arranged the conference dinner and negotiated huge financial savings. For our last conference in Leeds, we had almost five hundred delegates but Outsourced were also responsible for increasing the membership of the society by over twenty percent. We hold joint planning meetings every two weeks in the run up to the conference. The planning decks were updated weekly and all tasks were completed in a highly efficient manner from the conference layout and programme, to the speakers and delegate information. Outsourced dealt with all the queries and run the conference like a machine. They provide online advice for speakers and delegates and in person help over the two days of the conference. Their help with social media has been phenomenal with weekly posts on LinkedIn which has also helped to grow and promote the conference. In addition, this year they have doubled our sponsorship which has meant a significant financial commitment and has led to a profit for the society for the first time in two years. Outsourced were also responsible for the technological support behind the conference app which was used by over 90% of delegates. I cannot recommend the Outsourced team more highly. They are so hard working, conscientious and reactive. All members of the team are a joy to work with, and they have made our conference a huge success and are a real part of the BMFMS team."
