5RB are a leading chambers of media and entertainment barristers. They run the 5RB Conference bi-annually as a not-for profit event for media lawyers, and it has become one of the most important dates in their calendar. The 5RB Conference attracts learned speakers working within UK law. In fact in 2014, the keynote was delivered by Lord Neuberger of Abbotsbury, President of the Supreme Court. Outsourced Events has helped the event run smoothly and successfully for the last three editions, ensuring that all attendees have a great experience while learning more about this specialist area of law and how it affects them and their clients.
The event was held at the IET Savoy Place in London, and involved keynote sessions and workshops, a Q & A session and closed with a champagne reception allowing the delegates to network with their peers. In order to maintain the excellent reputation of this prestigious event, the Outsourced Events team ensured that everything was delivered to the highest standard, from registration, event spaces, production, food & beverage through to post event feedback.
As the 5RB conference is a paid-for event, one of the biggest tasks presented to the event team was managing registrations and credit control. By publicising the event well and taking charge of the payment process, our team were able to gain a 100% prepayment rate, a result that both OE and the client were delighted with. The next 5RB Conference is already in planning for 2018.
