Outsourced Events were asked to provide full event management by Lumenia Consulting, at their annual ERP HeadtoHead™ event which this year was held in Milton Keynes.
The team at OE worked collaboratively with Lumenia, becoming an extension to their team to deliver their biggest event yet. Supported by OE, Lumenia grew this unique and successful event, which resulted in an increase in the number of ERP products on show and a 68% increase on delegates year on year.
The unique format pitched 12 ERP products against each other, the vendors having to follow a script when presenting. This allowed the delegates to compare like for like and with a well-regarded award for best vendor presentation up for grabs, the vendors were encouraged to follow the script and ensure that they delivered valuable content for the delegates.
The team at OE, were tasked with creating and advising on a marketing campaign to acquire delegates as well as onsite support and registration services. The plan included direct mail, email marketing and for the first time, display advertising to increase the HeadtoHead™ event exposure and the number of delegates. As before, OE also provided advice and expertise on event best practice to support Lumenia in giving their vendors and delegates the best experience possible.
