Les Assises is more than an event – it is a network of IT and security professionals including VIAVI Solutions. This event is the main platform for showcasing solutions to some of France’s most influential businesses and technologists.

Outsourced Events provided support to VIAVI Solutions in exhibiting at Les Assises in 2017. VIAVI had booked a 9sqm shell scheme booth including a branded space with meeting area and onscreen presentation.

The Présentation de la Plateforme Observer brochure and Guide to Enterprise Protocols posters were made available for visitors to learn more, whilst the Observer Platform and how VIAVI help clients comply with GDPR was shown on the booth screen throughout the three days.

A key goal for VIAVI Solutions at the event was to attract attendees to the booth to generate leads and to nurture existing customer relationships. With OE’s support, VIAVI Solutions was well prepared for the event with all event branding and logistics taken care of, lead capture booked, raffle items sought and documents, care packages and tool kits sent to site. This allowed the VIAVI sales team to get on with the job and exceed their exhibition targets.
