VIAVI Solutions is a global leader in both network and service enablement and optical security and performance products and solutions.
ECOC is a key event in the VIAVI Solutions calendar and allows VIAVI to showcase their products and solutions to the EMEA demographic. To enable VIAVI to get the most out of their attendance at this event, they sought the services of Outsourced Events, allowing them to focus on their customer engagement targets while Outsourced Events got on with what we do best.
Outsourced Events was the first point of contact for suppliers and builders, managing everything from event logistics, to stand build requirements and signage, to budget management, sourcing of accommodation and giveaways, right through to event reporting.
OE coordinated an on-booth welcome reception on the first evening to drive VIAVI and Channel Partner customers to the stand to converse with the VIAVI team and interact with the products on display.
During the 2017 show, VIAVI showcased four demo stations, held a daily raffle, and participated in two speaking sessions as part of the ECOC programme, increasing brand awareness at the event.
To get the most out of exhibiting at ECOC 2017, OE arranged thorough briefing sessions with the VIAVI Solutions team in the run up to and onsite at the event. These sessions focused on key themes and messages, lead capture, customer meetings in VIAVI’s dedicated meeting space, and encouraging prospective and existing customers to converse with the VIAVI Solutions demo and sales teams with the use of e-communications and social media.
It is fantastic supporting VIAVI Solutions pre-event, onsite and post event and contribute towards their success at this event year after year.
