When Kimberly-Clark needed to unite 90 global leaders from their newly formed IFP division, they turned to Outsourced Events to deliver their first-ever Leadership Summit in London - transforming organisational complexity into a unified vision that exceeded all strategic expectations.

Objective

Kimberly-Clark wanted to bring together the top 90 global leaders from their new IFP division for their first Leadership Summit in London. Their aim was to create a sense of shared purpose, encourage cooperation between markets and breaking down regional silos. They chose Outsourced Events to help deliver a summit that would support their leadership goals and achieve strong, practical outcomes.

Strategic solutions

The challenge:
The newly formed IFP division bought together four business units from across the globe – all with separate cultures, operations and leadership dynamics. With 140 attendees from across 30+ countries, the summit needed to present the new vision for the IFP division and build excitement whilst addressing recent organisational changes openly and positively.

The solution:
Outsourced Events created a complete brand look and feel, developing it from three initial concepts. The final creative package included a 1.5-minute opening film to introduce the two-day conference, an ident, set design and overall event branding. Our team also worked closely with the Kimberly-Clark communications team to manage the logistics of the summit, including planning small moments of surprise for guests and giving them a real sense of London as the host city

The experience:
This end-to-end approach ensured a high standard throughout the entire leadership programme. Before the event, we coordinated with international teams, managed all logistics and developed a clear, branded communications plan. During the summit, Outsourced Events oversaw the programme delivery, combining keynote sessions with interactive breakouts and maintaining a consistent visual identity throughout. London was showcased through evening activities, including a dinner with skyline views and transport provided by vintage London buses.
