Working with the BNA {event} team in the lead up to, and during, the event has been a pleasure – the staff were extremely helpful and responsive to all queries as we acclimatised to using the online platform…Additional features such as being able to comment on relevant talks and discussion boards to advertise our work and activities was particularly useful and has driven much more engagement than the usual passive approach of waiting for delegates to visit the stand. It’s evident that a huge amount of work went into delivering this conference and it really paid off.
