A Single Point of Contact
We act as the single point of contact for the organisers pre-event, liaising on all issues relating to the setup requirements for the stand, including the ordering and storage of promotional items and event collateral. Our trade show management service includes:

Brochures
Booth demo equipment
Banners and other stand collateral
Logistics support pre-event
Liaising with organisers to upload company biographies
Collation of all entries for the show guide including any advertisements incorporated within the sponsorship packages.
Delivery of all items taking into account information regarding shipments to the venue, setup times and removal times for the exhibition.
Ordering of electrics and any additional services for the stand
Ordering of additional internet and AV requirements with the contractor
Liaison with stand builders and designers to fulfil all stand and signage requirements
Management of hotel room block for staff and customers if required
Onsite setup and support (arriving the day prior for setup – supporting the first morning and attending on the last day to fulfil tear down and shipment)
