VCE’s Technical Summit was an exclusive single-track, two day event for their most influential or engaged technical contacts within the channel. It was deliberately capped at an intimate number of attendees to ensure they could all discuss the topics covered, give feedback and network with their peers and VCE alike.

The brief was to find a location within easy reach of both Heathrow and Central London that offered overnight accommodation and had a modern, yet informal atmosphere that would encourage discussion and feedback. The team settled on The Montcalm on Park Lane opposite Marble Arch; a five star venue that fitted the bill.
As the guests were from across EMEA, they each received a personalised itinerary to ensure that they knew the agenda for the two days, where to meet a member of the event team for their transfers to the hotel as well as their room allocation and where they were dining each evening.
Following a series of relevant presentations from members of the VCE team, the guests ate at The Portland on the first night, a sleek gastro pub in the chic Portman Village and Bombay Palace on the second night, situated in Connaught Village offering smart Indian Cuisine.
The event was very well received with 90% of guests rating it very good or excellent. VCE were delighted with the outcome.
