Outsourced Events has been working with EMC, a global leader in enabling businesses and service providers to transform their operations and deliver IT as a service, for more than three years. During that time, we’ve established a strong relationship with the corporation’s marketing team and have been appointed by EMC as a ‘Preferred Supplier’ for events in the EMEA region. Following the success of the 2011 and 2012 forums, EMC awarded the management of the 2013 series to OE, increasing the number of centrally managed locations from 11 to 17.

Not only were we able to ensure a consistent, ‘on-brand’ look and feel across all the regional marketing campaigns and the different locations – no mean feat when liaising with multiple venues and local marketing managers in a variety of languages – but, thanks to our purchasing power and negotiating skills, we also achieved an average cost saving of over 10% across the entire conference series. Our experience in producing and promoting events in multiple locations and languages, enabled Outsourced Events to become an effective extension of their in-house team.
