It’s been a very busy first quarter of 2014 for the team at OE; not only have we been around the globe supporting our clients, but we’ve also secured a number of new project wins.
Pan-EMEA Sponsorship Sales for EMC Forums
EMC Corporation, a US based multinational offering data storage, information security, virtualization and analytics solutions runs a series of one day forums across the globe each year. OE has managed the forums for the last three years across EMEA. In addition, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve just been awarded the contract for Pan- EMEA sponsorship sales for the EMC Forums 2014.
Preferred supplier for SevOne Inc across the EMEA Region
Having “tested the water” by awarding OE with some smaller projects at the latter end of 2013, SevOne has now made OE their preferred supplier to help them build their presence within EMEA. As a US based company, SevOne is currently expanding into the region, as their presence here is still relatively small. OE has taken on their EMEA e-Comms, creating a nurture campaign to help build better awareness and establish SevOne as thought leaders. We also work with an external PR agency, to further promote SevOne. In addition to e-Comms and PR, we also run all their events, which can range from Trade Shows, Training and Seminars, Roadshows and Incentive trips.
Managing Trend Micro’s Sponsorship and presence at VMware forums
Trend Micro, a Japanese based multinational, offering internet security software and solutions, initially asked OE to manage their trade presence at VMworld in Barcelona in October 2013. Having hit their targets and pleased with the results, Trend Micro invited OE to pitch for the contract to manage their sponsorship presence at nineteen VMware Forums across EMEA. We’re delighted to announce that we won the business in January and are currently working on the project which essentially means being their one point of contact across all Forums, to ensure a smooth process and consistency across all the events.
Managing Telstra Global’s Sponsorship and trade presence
Telstra Global UK is part of Telstra Corporation Limited, a leading telecommunications and information services company. At the latter end of 2013, we managed a one off event for them to launch an extension to their cloud proposition within the EMEA region. Delighted with the results, the team at Telstra Global secured OE to manage their presence and sponsorship at CEE 2014, at Excel and Cloud World Forum 2014 at Olympia. It includes liaising with the organiser, stand build & design, sourcing of merchandise and collateral, budget management, staff registration, on-site presence, crowd gathering and post event reporting.
