Outsourced Events is a London based events agency that works globally, it set up by Denise Sharpe and Alexandra Sibley in 2001, then operating out of a small office in Chiswick, West London. By 2007 the company had firmly established itself as a major player in the technology and associations events sectors with some of the world’s most well-known technology and association brands such as Citrix, Dell and British Society of Rheumatology amongst its clients.
Having both worked in the event industry since the 1990’s Denise and Alexandra’s goal was to create an event agency that could integrate so seamlessly with the client’s own business needs and processes that they became an extension of their own team. This philosophy set the company apart from the competition back in those early days and continues to do so today.
The agency offers a range of event services to clients working across EMEA; from registration, venue finding and trade show support through to sponsor liaison, delegate management and end to end event management, allowing clients to pick what services they need.

We know the importance of face-to-face meetings, however these aren’t always possible. So we work with our clients to develop virtual events that deliver against all the same objectives as an in-person event. Our flexible working approach and strong supplier relationships mean we are able to virtualise your carefully planned face-to-face meeting with a short lead time.
At Outsourced Events, it’s our job to turn your ideas into a reality. Central to this is our flexible and responsive event management service. We can provide this as a complete end-to-end service or as individual discrete elements that can work alongside your own internal event planning and marketing resources. However you want to work, we are agile enough to fit to your needs.
No two events are quite the same which is why we take the time to understand exactly what it is you want to achieve, before putting together a comprehensive event management plan. Depending on your requirements, this could cover everything from creative concept development through to logistics, finance planning, event marketing and post-event follow up. We will then assign you a dedicated client manager who will be your key contact from the beginning of the project through to its end. We work on either a project by project basis, or on a retainer.
