SevOne Inc are a US based technology company, offering an IT management, monitoring and reporting platform. Looking to build and grow their presence within EMEA, yet having limited marketing resource, they approached Outsourced Events to help them to manage their presence at the TM Forum in Nice, an annual, three day conference and exhibition for the telecommunications industry.
SevOne joined the Outsourced Events fold in February 2013. The EMEA team at SevOne needed to concentrate on marketing and sales strategy. Managing trade presence can be time consuming, so they approached OE to take over the management of their presence at this trade event.
Covering all aspects from organiser liaison, managing stand design & build, arranging merchandise and event collateral to budget management, staff registration and post event reporting. All the client had to do was make the strategic decisions and be there at the event! We also helped them to find a creative solution to deliver their theme of performance, via giveaways and though the sleek stand design.
With our industry knowledge, we were able to ensure that the client maximised every opportunity and using our supplier contacts, we were able to negotiate cost savings. In fact the savings negotiated on their stand build covered our fees.
SevOne were so pleased with the results from the TM Forum, that they appointed OE to manage a Nordics Roadshow as well as their presence at various trade shows continuing into 2014.
