Alex has worked in the IT & Telecoms event industry for over 15 years, developing particular expertise in sponsorship and exhibition sales and management. Before joining Outsourced Events, Alex headed up an international sales team selling sponsorship and exhibition packages to IT & Telecoms companies around the globe.  She now works on behalf of clients to hit sponsorship revenue targets, while also ensuring that all sponsors have a successful experience.

Denise has over 20 years’ experience in the events industry. Before joining Outsourced Events as a founding partner, Denise sat on the Board of Directors at the Phillips Group – a leading IT & Telecoms publishing, research, training and conference supplier – where she headed up the conference division. Denise is managing director of Outsourced Events.

Fraser started his career in marketing at Renault UK. At the turn of the century Fraser shifted careers to join a Media and Technology focussed Private Equity fund where he spent 9 years working with, and investing in, growing content and software companies. Since 2010 Fraser has run his own company and is involved with a series of young, dynamic software and media businesses including SynchTank Limited, SocialSafe Limited and freemarketFX Limited. Fraser is a Non-Exec Director of Outsourced Events.

A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of sectors, Teresa oversees the company financial position and also closely monitors client event budgets. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the industry mean no last minute surprises appear in our clients’ budgets and all VAT rules for events, sponsorship and exhibitions are adhered to.

With over 20 years’ experience in logistics, Carla leads a team of dedicated professionals to ensure the smooth running of client events.  Her attention to detail, flair for organisation and calm, unflappable nature help to guarantee a successful outcome to every project.

Deb uses social media and as many other PR channels as possible to get the Outsourced Events message out there. A love of talking, meeting people and getting things done is what makes Deb perfect for this role!

Linda undertakes venue searches, contract negotiations and logistics and is instrumental in ensuring the success of a number of EMEA wide roadshows and CXO events. An intrepid traveller, Linda enjoys the challenge of working in unusual places to ensure things run smoothly for our clients.

Natalie has worked in the events industry for 14 years and joined Outsourced Events from analysts, Gartner, where she managed and delivered seminars, exhibitions, and conferences throughout EMEA. She brings this expertise to Outsourced Events where she is responsible for event planning, management and sponsorship.

Helen brings to OE over 7 years of experience within the events industry. A seasoned Marketing Manager, she has worked on global brands like BMW, MINI, Philip Morris Int. and Ericsson. Helen now uses her extensive knowledge in her role as Global Sponsor Manager.

Since joining Outsourced Events in 2005, Freya has established herself as an expert in email marketing, co-ordinating complex, multi-lingual campaigns for Outsourced Events’ clients across a range of territories and audiences. With years’ previous experience in customer service, Freya is dedicated to ensuring a great client experience.

Sofie has a BA in Event Management and worked in the USA before joining Outsourced Events in January 2012. She manages the logistics for several clients’ roadshows, providing support before, during and after the event. Sofie was born in Sweden and, as well as speaking Swedish and English, she is also fluent in Spanish.

Melissa manages a range of event activities including setting up registration pages, logistics, on-site presence and client liaison for a number of our clients. Fluent in French, Spanish and English, Melissa’s multi lingual talents are a great asset to the team.

Mihaela maintains our accounting records, looks after our bank accounts, manages the timesheets and generally makes sure we stay on the right financial track.

Originally from Bilbao, Raul moved to London in March 2012 after finishing a Masters in Communication. He joined OE in August of that year, initially helping out with events logistics and on-site support but has now joined our burgeoning e-comms team.  He really enjoys working in an office full of women!

Jenny has a background in customer service and telemarketing. Her role at Outsourced Events includes providing support for email marketing campaigns, venue finding and pre-event & on-site logistics.

Paul looks after the IT here at OE. He creates and configures the websites for all of our delegate registrations as well as maintaining the web server environment for OE.
